What is a unique completion?
A unique completion is based on the unique IP and player device. A player can play multiple times, but they are only listed as 1 unique completion for the purpose of counting towards the unique completions total, when the above variables are the same.
How do you count the limit of unique completions?
At the beginning of a calendar month your allocation is reset to 0 and all the unique quiz completions in that calendar month across all your quizzes count towards the total.
What happens if I go over my unique completions limit?
In any given calendar month you can buy a top-up which effectively doubles your completion limit for that month or you can apply it to your account for all future months and then we either up your monthly subscription or generate a top-up bill for your account. The top-up fee for Playerence business is €25 for an additional 20,000 completions and for PlayerenceEnterprise it is €100 for an additional 100,000 completions.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my account?
When you are on a regular subscription, we can always upgrade or downgrade your account. All it takes is getting in touch on info@playerence.com and we will adjust your account accordingly.
Do you have special pricing for charities and non-profits?
Just speak to us and we will work out a special arrangement.
Do you provide quiz writing services?
Yes, we can provide quiz writing services at €1500 for a full quiz laid out on the Playerence platform with up to 20 questions. Our quiz writers will research the topic and your brand and write quizzes to match your style.
Do you provide graphic design services?
Yes, we can provide design services, it is best that we speak with you before we work on a custom graphics package.
What happens if my subscription expires?
You will lose access to the Playerence platform and quizzes will no longer be live. Your access can be extended on a monthly or annual basis.
